RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At this time, Barima Skin Co. has a NO REFUND POLICY. We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange or return for store credit, you can contact us at Loveyourselfco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our products items cannot be returned due to our goods being perishable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We can replace items for the same exact item. Buyers must return the original item at their own expense.
Refunds
We do not allow refunds. Returns will be processed for the same item. once the item is received we will ship the new product.
